Memorial Biography

James Robert McCoy was born on June 10,1969 is Scappoose,Oregon. He attended Scappoose High School and went on to marry the love of his life Sharon Weed. Together,they had 4 children. Paul (Moriah) McCoy, Tiffany (Jared) Mandelkow, Tiah (Taylor) McGee, and Shelby (Eric) Swensen. James passed away in Sioux Falls SD on the 23rd of August with family by his side. James' happy place was his wife, children and 7, soon to be 8 grandchildren. His happy place was anything hunting and outdoors. He is survived by his parents, wife, children, grandchildren, and his 3 siblings. He will be remembered for having a heart of gold, his devotion to his family and love for the outdoors.
